🍅 The Power of the Italian "Materia Prima"
Italy is world-renowned for its organic, seasonal produce. On Sardinia—one of the world's rare Blue Zones—longevity isn't a goal, it's a byproduct of the environment.
🔸 Nutrient-Dense Soil: Our local ingredients are packed with flavour and antioxidants.
🔸 Zero-Kilometre Tradition: From Gallura’s olive oil to fresh Vermentino grapes and sun-ripened vegetables, the food is medicine.
🏫 Excellence on the Plate and in the Classroom
We believe that a world-class education must be fueled by world-class nutrition.
🔸 Michelin-Standard School Dining: Led by our Director of Food & Nutrition, Francesco Torelli (trained under Gordon Ramsay), our kitchen operates on the same philosophy as the best Italian trattorias: fresh, local, and prepared on-site. 👨🍳
🔸 Outdoor Learning: With over 300 days of sunshine, our campus at Geovillage allows students to thrive in the fresh air, connecting academic rigour with physical well-being. 🌳☀️
